Siddur Tefillah L'Moshe - the Ar"i's siddur. Siddur with Kabbalistic commentary by the Ar"i, manuscript by the Rasha"sh, and siddur of Rabbi Moshe Cordovero - the Rama"k, by Kabbalist and Chassid Rabbi Hillel Moshe Meshel [Gelbstein]. Uncommon siddur.
The siddur was printed as a series of booklets at various Jerusalem presses. The printing apparently started in 1879 and finished in 1902. In the introduction to the siddur, Rabbi Hillel Moshe Meshel quotes his teacher and rabbi, the G-dly ... Rabbi Yitzchak Meir of Warsaw [author of Chiddushei HaRi"m].
