Oil on masonite seascape by Constantin Westchiloff. Signed at the lower right "C. Westchiloff." Circa the early 20th-century. Constantin Alexandrovitch Westchiloff (1877 - 1945) was an American-Russian artist known for his landscape, seascape, figure, and genre painting.
