Beit Ephraim Responsa, 2 Vols. - First Edition
Responsa on the Orach Chaim and Yoreh Deah sections of the Shulchan Aruch by R. Ephraim Zalman Margulies of Brod. Lemberg, Aaron Segal press. 1818. Orach Chaim: [3], 93, [1] leaf, 37.5 cm. Yoreh Deah: [5], 85 leaves, 37.5 cm.
First edition of the Beit Ephraim, by one of the greatest halachic authorities of recent generations (1761–1828), known by the name of this, his great work.
In very good condition with wide margins. There is a slight tear in the index at the end of Orach Chaim which was completed in facsimile. With the original half-leather disassembled binding.
