GERMAN WW2 LUFTWAFFE LEGION CONDOR CUFF TITLE
GERMAN WW2 LUFTWAFFE LEGION CONDOR CUFF TITLE KG 53
Legion Condor was the honorary title given to Kampfgeschwader 53, a very highly active German bomber wing during World War II.
The material is a dark blue color with mouse grey stitching for the Gothic type. The reverse is held together by 13 fine black cross stitches.
It has been our understanding that both NCOs and officers used the same type of cuff title in this particular unit.
Overall, this is a fine representation of a rather elite Luftwaffe unit, and would look great in any display.
On the last image for sample we put a photo of German officer with the same cuff title. Selling on consignment. Please note: last image is for sample only.

WIKIPEDIA: The Condor Legion (German: Legion Condor) was a unit composed of military personnel from the air force and army of Nazi Germany, which served with the Nationalists during the Spanish Civil War of July 1936 to March 1939. The Condor Legion developed methods of strategic bombing which were used widely in the Second World War shortly afterwards. The bombing of Guernica was the most infamous operation carried out by the Condor Legion. The Spanienkreuz (Spanish Cross) campaign medal was awarded by the German authorities in seven classes from April 14, 1939. Due to the clandestine nature of German activities in Spain, no awards were instituted up to April 1939 at the end of German involvement in the conflict. The Spanish Cross complemented cuff titles issued to those who served. Legionnaires could also expect a Campaign Medal struck by the Spanish authorities to thank German volunteers for their service.
