FRITZ BRAUN
(1879 - 1964) Father of Eva Braun, mistress of Adolf Hitler. When Hitler came to power, Braun saw the advantages of friendship with the Nazis and became a regular visitor to the Berghof. He also became an officer in the German army. Post-war A.N.S. on a lined slip of paper, 6.25 x 4 in., Ruhpolding, Dec. 13, 1955, offers holiday greetings and signed at the conclusion in blue ink. With transmittal envelope with Dec. 15, 1955 cancel. Fine.
