THE BISHOP OF QUEBEC VISITORS'' BOOK
Guest book apparently maintained by at least two of the Bishops of Quebec, from the 1920's into the 1950's, bearing within the signatures of many hundreds of visitors. Of course, most are from Quebec, Montreal, etc., but some that were easily noticed were BERNARD LAW MONTGOMERY, ALEXANDER OF TUNIS, CAPT. GEOFFREY MACKWORTH (HMS HOOD), MAURICE DUPLESSIS, GASPARD FAUTEAUX, and RICHARD WILLIAM TURNER (VC). Covers detached as are many of the pages which are otherwise in fine condition. A real project for the devoted researcher.
