CHARLES MANSON
(1934 - 2017) Drifter whose 'family' committed the infamous Tate-LaBianca murders in 1969. A.L.S. on his "Sorcerer" letterhead, 1p. 4to., [n.p., n.d., likely Vacaville ca. 1980), to Nuel Emmons. In part: Now there is no need for you to come visit you got what you want & we are even..." Manson was bitterly angry with the final product of Emmons' "Manson in His Own Words". From the estate of Manson's biographer NUEL (MELTON) EMMONS (1927-2002), who had once been jailed with and later befriended Manson. He co-wrote 'Manson in His Own Words'.
