RICHARD M. NIXON
(1913 - 1994) 37th President of the United States, who reopened diplomatic ties with China and the USSR, resigned in 1974 due to the Watergate scandal. Pre-presidential S.P., 3.5 x 5.5 b/w, a studio portrait of Nixon in a suit and tie, inscribed at the bottom: "Best Wishes to Eddy Satan from Richard Nixon". Sold with transmittal business envelope, bearing a March 2, 1964 cancel and a "SAVE WATER" stamp at top-left
