SOVIET VICE ADMIRAL'S DRESS OVERCOAT AND WINTER HAT
1950's Cold War-era Soviet Union vice-admiral's winter overcoat, wool and rayon with two-star embroidered epaulets displaying gold stars with red anchors at center, gold buttons with anchor and hammed-and sickle emblem. One buttonhole repaired. Accompanied by the admiral's lambswool hat, with gold bullion-trimmed visor and cockade with anchor and red star emblem. Hook and eye attachments allow the rear three-quarters of the hat to fold down and protect against Arctic winds! Size 58. Mint unissued condition. Two pieces.
