Condition Good condition, the full untrimmed sheet with deckle edges, not laid down, no damage, punctures, tears or repair. Even overall toning and a patch of toning above the black orb top left edge of the sheet. The sheet was mounted to a mat board using double-sided adhesive which has released on two sides but remains intact across the top and right sides. Provenance The estate of John Adair Jr. (1942-2025), founder and proprietor of Kurofune Antiques in Tokyo (est. 1978), a world-renowned destination for Japanese basketry, prints and furniture featured in The New York Times, The New Yorker, and The Wall Street Journal.
