John Sennhauser studied at the Royal Academy in Venice before settling in New York where he attended the Cooper Union art and design school and later joined the Museum of Non-Objective Painting, which later became the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum. He also became closely associated with, and frequently exhibited with, the American Abstract Artists group in NY. Sennhauser's work is held in major museum collections, including the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Sight size measures 13.75 x 18 with a framed size of 22.5 x 27.25 inches.
