Charles Banks Wilson (1918-2013) Henry Turkeyfoot 1940 The rare lithograph printed on Rives watermark paper in an edition of only 25 prints is signed by the artist in pencil below the image lower right and titled lower left, Hunt number 18. Wilson remarked in Hunt's book: 'Art teachers advised against placing a principal figure at the center of a composition. I found this as silly as most rules about art and did it often.' Image measures 10 13.25, sheet is 11.5 x 16 inches.
