Eastwood (Lawrence, Kansas 1898-1987) The fine example of Eastwood's trademark subject is signed lower left and displayed in a custom frame having simple carved design. Raymond Eastwood taught drawing and painting at the University of Kansas from 1922 to 1968. During that time he exhibited his work extensively from Kansas to Connecticut. This is a particularly nice example of his prolific dune series. Canvas measures 25 x 30 with a framed size of 28.75 x 33.75 inches.
