The curiously titled composition in Van Millett's distinctive style is signed lower right front and again verso.
The view of corn shocks and a farmstead with red rooftops under a big sky is found completely intact with the original backing, hand notations by Van Millett in pencil, and the original frame retaining the artist's trademark glass glazing which has served to preserve the oil painting's surface in near mint condition.
Canvas measures 17.25 x 22.25 with a framed size of 20.75 x 26.75 inches.
