''Bandy Bandmaster'' was manufactured by the Cameo Doll Company for General Electric Radio Corporation circa 1930.
Measures 18.75 inches.

Condition
Very good condition. Noting that there is some original surface craquelure, there are no other chips, cracks, repairs, scratches or areas of heavy wear. Some of these figures are found wearing a belt of various types around Bandy's midsection. Some do not appear to have had a belt.
