A RARE 1933 CROSLEY BOTTLE FORM RADIO FOR COCA-COLA
The classic hobble skirt shape bottle replica was made by the Crosley Radio corporation and marketed in 1933 as, ''five tube, super - heterodyne circuit, dynamic speaker, full range, tone output, volume control, complete with cord and plug, ready to connect to any alternating current socket.'' The case was molded of DUREZ, a brilliant scarlet plastic material similar to Bakelite.
