Horse breeding / agricultural badge (top left) For Outstanding Work with Horses/Collective Farm USSR Meaning: Awarded to workers involved in horse breeding, farming, or agricultural transport. Likely 1930s–1950s Soviet agricultural recognition badge. Horse breeding was very important in early Soviet agriculture and logistics. 2. Stalin commemorative medal (top right) Portrait of Joseph Stalin. Likely a commemorative medal or souvenir medallion, often produced: after WWIIor around Stalin anniversaries (1949 / 1950s). These were sometimes issued for events or used as political commemoratives, not always official state awards. 3. USSR population census badge (bottom left): All-Union Population Census of the USSR – 1939. This badge was given to: census workers organizers of the 1939 Soviet census. These are collectible because the 1939 census is historically significant. 4.
