Scarce 1850 Model US Dragoon Sword by ”Tiffany Co.” - Scarce 1850 Model US Dragoon Sword by ”Tiffany Co.” used in American Civil War. With its iron mounts and scabbard exhibiting unusual gilt finish, wooden grip with its original leather and wire bondage. Mounted with a powerful working lightly curved blade featuring large unstopped fuller to each side, ricasso are bearing well preserved Tiffany Company markings and Star marking possibly representing the State of Texas. Good condition with patina and wear consistent with the age.
