1/6 plate Ambrotype Image of Civil War Soldier Armed - 1/6 plate Ambrotype Image of Civil War Soldier Armed with a Rifle.The exact duplicate of this image is in the US Library of Congress collection with the only difference is that the Soldier has changed the grip of the rifle between taking two consecutive photos, the bayonet on top verses the second image with bayonet on the bottom, hand grip is slightly changed. Both pictures were taking consecutively. Very cool and Rare example.
