Edition: 159/2897 Dimensions: 12 1/2”H × 4 1/2”W × 4 1/2”D Medium: Ceramic   Bio: Johannes Hedegaard (1915–1999) trained as a sculptor at the Royal Copenhagen Factory from 1930 to 1935 while also studying at the Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen. He later worked for Royal Copenhagen between 1948 and 1966, gaining recognition for his ceramic and relief works produced both for the factory and his own studio.
