Ito Takashi ”View of Mt. Fuji Yamanaka” Woodblock - Height: 10 1/2 in x width: 15 in. Ito Takashi (Japanese, 1894-1982). Woodblock print on paper titled ”View of Mt. Fuji from Lake Yamanaka” depicting a snowy forest, 1952. The bare trees in the foreground allow for Mt. Fuji to be glimpsed in the distance. With a 6mm black Watanabe publishing company seal along the lower left corner. Condition: The sheet shows uneven toning, with light wear along the outermost edges. On the verso, there are tape remnants along the upper and left edges from previous framing. The work is not currently framed or attached to a backing.
