Line Mar Toys Stamped Metal Popeye Lantern Lamp - Antique Stamped Metal Lantern in the Form of Popeye. Glass Lantern Center. Shows some Paint wear and oxidation as shown in photos. Glass Lantern center operates on one ”D” cell battery. Arms are jointed at the Shoulder and move upwards to become Lantern Handle. Original Lantern Handle appears to have been replaced with shorter wire. Stamp on back reads ”King Features Synd, ” Line Mar Toys Japan logo and ”Linemar Co. Inc.” Battery Operated with ”D” Battery (Not included). Not tested. Battery Compartment shows signs of corrosion. Measures approx. 9” H x 3” w at base.
