A.R. Husted-Long - Edwardian Art 1906 ”Ideal Hat” by A. R. Husted-Long. Original 1906 oil on canvas.  It is signed on the lower right ”A.R. Husted-Long” and dated 1906.  On the verso is a exhibition tag which is from the New York Artist Club, which contains the title of the work ”Ideal Hat” along with the name of the artist and the address.  The tag also states ”Not For Sale”.  The piece will require restoration with several holes and tears in the canvas.  While we find the painting hauntingly beautiful as it is, the new owner may desire restoration.
