Handcrafted Cotton Weave: Indonesian Wide Belt/Scarf. - Deep burgundy satin-like cotton weave with crepe paper floral rosettes attached.  Uncut weft threads, selvage of red and white candy cane striping on each edge folded and stitched seams.  Measurements: 14 inches of un-cut ” Fringe ”   5 inches wide by 61 inches.
