”RAINBOW” by Theodore Titolo (1928 - 2018) - Theodore Titolo was a noted gay artist.  His works were frequently featured in the Leslie-Lohman Museum of Art, NY.  This is an original pen and ink on paper dated 3.6.1991. It was given to the owner by the artist. It measures 11 by 8 1/2 inches.
