Signed Andy Warhol Letter to Edna: Woman in Portrait Lot 50 - Signed Andy Warhol Letter to Edna (Woman in Portrait Lot 50).  A typed letter on Interview stationery was sent to Edna who was a well-known and loved figure in the art world during the period due to a portrait painted of her by Servulo Gutierrez Alarcon (Lot 50).  The name; Edna; and; love Andy Warhol; are written in black marker by the artist's hand.  There are fold marks and a seam tear.  On the back top fold of the letter are notes written in pen.   In 1969 Andy Warhol founded Interview Magazine which featured celebrities interviewing one another.  We guarantee that this is an authentic Andy Warhol signature.  We review every item to determine its basic condition.
