This proof is stamped with Buhots device of an owl and the letters F.B.” Impression measures 5 1/4 x 8 7/8 inches.  Professionally framed and matted.  Outer measurements are 14 by 12 1/2 inches.   Félix Hilaire Buhot was a French painter and illustrator.
