Images of a soldier's daily life, a departure from the hometown train station, training for swamp conditions, Airforce firefighting training, British Family who hosted the GIs prior to D-Day, Swimming with fellow GIs in Miami before deployment, tours for liberating Allied forces in the European Theater and sighting the Statue of Liberty from the return transport ship. The album is hardcover with string-tied binding. Photographs are of various sizes from 3.5 inches X 2.5 inches to 9 inches X 6.5 inches. Size: 15 inches X 11.5 inches.
