Each bears a recognizable artistic depiction of the featured player, a single bottom corner caption area (red for American League and black for National League) relating the player’s name and position, plus his team logo.Cards are authentic 1953. Provenance-This lot was found is part of the collection, which was found in two 1950s era shoeboxes, purchased by the original owner as a child in 1953.-There are several lots being offered from this collection. This 1953 group includes: Grady Hatton card 45;Bubba Church card47;Sherman Lollar card 53; Bob Schultz card 144;Fred Hatfield card163;Lou Sleater card 224; Ed Erautt card 226;Solly Hemus card 231;Ray Murray card 234;Mike Sandlock card 247;Joe Coleman card 279.Each card measures 2.5 x 3.75 inches. Condition Notes: Please observe photos carefully. The current state is as found in a shoe box from the original owner. The cards are clean, have good gloss, saturated color, and are gently handled cards with blunted and or rounded corners. No losses, no creases or other issues noted. We estimate these cards would grade 5 or better on a PSA scale.
