Vincent Bánsághi OOC : Hirado - Hirado signed and dated by the Hungarian artist Vincent Bánsághi (1881–1960), oil on canvas, of an Icy mountain landscape. Framed in wood with green trim/accent color. A contemporaneous news clipping about the artist's exhibition in Budapest has been affixed to the verso and was discovered by an accidental tearing of the now brittle framing paper. Pigments and canvas show mild age, flea bites, and or flaking. Frame shows edgewear to paint and wood. Size: 26 x 29.75 inches
