1940s 14kt Gold Closed Face Buckle Watch - 14kt yellow gold buckle watch with a covered face. The face measures approximately 3/4 inches long by a 1/2 inch wide. The face cover latch works as it should. The fold over clasp works as it should. The band, solid 14kt yellow gold measures 6 1/2 inches. It is 1/2 inch wide. The back cover of the watch is inscribed - Herman to Guss, 22nd Aniversary 2-7-48. The watch was wound and did run. Total weight (including movement) is 30.38 dwt.
