1926 Converto Brand Tray Table - 1926 Converto tray table. Patented and with an original brand plate on the bottom. The tray table is designed for carrying as a tray then with the simple press of a lever the legs drop down and it converts to a bed table. Hardware and levers are of nickel plate, wood most likely to be mahogany. Tray dimensions: 16 inches wide x 26.5 inches long ( 30 inches with handles) Height with legs extended 20.5 inches. Condition is appropriate for an often-used table item of almost 100 years. The legs and levers work easily. Wood has areas of distress, wear, and crackle to varnish.
