Philippine Talibon Knife, Mid 20th C. - Philippines, mid 20th century. Philippine Talibon knife with a carved wooden scabbard and hilt. The hilt is carved in the form of a clenched fist with incised details to the fingers, and the scabbard features a carved reserve with a geometric motif. Measurements Materials, Iron or steel, wood. Condition: Shows surface wear, scratches, and age related wear throughout with minor losses and separations to the wood. The blade has not been examined outside of the scabbard.
