Himalayan Indian Brass Shiva Shrine Plaque Mohra, 18th C. - Himalayan Indian cast brass Shiva shrine plaque (mohra) with an arched form and raised relief decoration. The plaque depicts the crowned face of Shiva above a lower Shiva lingam, with a trident and drum emblem at the top, vine like side borders, and small floral and beadwork details throughout. The surface has a dark brown brass patina with smooth wear from age and handling. Measurements: 10.5” H x 6” W Materials: Heavy Brass Ex. Los Angeles Collection, Ex. Private Collection Prior.
