Italian M1834 light cavalry saber with a curved single edged steel blade, ribbed dark grip, and iron or steel guard with broad knuckle bow and upturned quillon. The saber is accompanied by its steel scabbard with two suspension rings and rounded drag. Measurements 41” overall, 35” blade Materials: Steel or iron, leather or dark grip covering.Condition:Shows age, oxidation, scattered pitting, surface wear, scratches, rubbing, and dark patina throughout.
