Small Spanish Toledo Style Dagger, Late 19th -Early 20th C - Small dagger with a double edged steel blade, tapered to a sharp central point. The grip is made of dark ribbed horn, fitted with engraved steel mounts, rounded quillon terminals, and a decorated pommel. The matching steel sheath is ornamented with bright scrolling floral designs, giving the piece a refined presentation quality. Measurements: Blade 4 3/4” L. Overall 9” L. Materials: Steel blade, horn handle, engraved steel fittings, decorated steel sheath. Condition: Good antique condition with surface wear, oxidation, and age related darkening. Sheath and fittings show rubbing and patina from use and handling.
