Iron Horse Ring Bit, Late 19th- Early 20th C. - Antique iron horse ring bit, possibly Mexican, Spanish Colonial, or Southwestern, circa late 19th century to early 20th century. The piece features a circular side ring, curved cheek pieces with pierced scroll forms, raised bosses, and a textured beaded mouth bar, mounted on a modern black display stand. Measurements: Piece 10 5/8” H x 5 1/4” W. With stand 10 1/4” H Materials: Iron, metal display stand. Condition: Oxidation, surface rust, pitting, and wear throughout. Some small elements appear bent, worn, or incomplete.
