The handcrafted box has intricately detailed panels of floral designs in silver inlay to the outside as well as cover flaps. These boxes were used to store areca nut (betel nut) which was wrapped in a betel leaf with lime paste for chewing. Size 5 3/8” W x 3” H Condition: Handles absent, some light corrosion to inside of box. Very minimal loss of silver inlay
