Beautiful Japanese Imari Porcelain Charger - Lovely large Japanese porcelain charger with vibrant colors and intricate patterns characteristic of 19th-century Imari ware throughout. Detailed landscaping and figural scene with rich cobalt blues, iron reds, and gold accents. Six character mark to the base in cobalt blue. Size 22” W, weight 11 lb. 8.8 oz Condition: Drilled for suspension with a copper wire to the reverse, no obvious signs of restoration or repair. Loss to glaze on the base as shown.
