Nautical Dry Dock Model, Late 19th - Early 20th C. - Well crafted dry dock model represents maritime engineering from the late 1800s to early 1900s. Constructed primarily of wood, the model features detailed elements representing the mechanisms and design of historical dry docks. An excellent and rare example of an early dry dock and sea salvage operation floating a ships hull with canvas and suspended Davits. Size 16 3/4” L x 9 3/4” W Ex-Southern California Collection Condition: Small repairs, else in overall well preserved condition.
