Early Moro Straight Kris with Scabbard - Southeast Asia, Philippines Archipelagos. Traditional Moro straight kris with a straight double-edged blade. Hilt carved from a dark hardwood in a classic cockatoo-style pommel, tightly wrapped in fiber. Smooth light wood scabbard. Size 30” L, blade 22” L Condition: Wear and patina throughout the blade with wear to the handle, small fissure to pommel which detaches. Scabbard is broken at the top as shown.
