Fine Japanese Wakizashi Sword w/ Scabbard - Fine Japanese Wakizashi sword with scabbard. Signed 'Mei' with a 6 character mark to tang. Excellent blade with a flat mune back and excentric Hamon temper line, probably Sanbonsugi. Silver habaki with incised and stippled decoration. Copper seppa spacers. Tsuba in iron with abstract brass inlaid patterns of floral motifs. Tsuka's grip in ray skin with tightly wrapped cotton.
