Medieval Buckle Collection, 13th - 15th C. - Nice Collection of 23 medieval buckles primarily from the 13th - 15th century with many in brass. This period collection of components was part of old stock belonging to a well regarded armour restorer active in California during the 1960-90s. Probably most or all of the 13th - 16th century. Size of largest 1 1/4” H x 1” W, 23 pieces Ex-California Arms and Armour Restorer circa 1960-90s Condition: Wear commensurate with age and use. In fairly good excavated condition.
