Collection of 22 Period / Ancient Buckles, 13th - 15th c. - Huge collection of authentic and period assorted medieval Iron buckles ranging from large examples in bronze or brass with others for various components of armour. This period collection of components was part of old stock belonging to a well regarded armour restorer active in California during the 1960-90s. Probably most or all of the 13th - 16th century. Size of largest 1 3/8” H x 1 3/8” W Ex-California Arms and Armour Restorer circa 1960-90s Condition: Wear commensurate with age and use.
