Katipunan-Era Luzon Sword, late-1800s
Southeast Asia, Philippines Archipelagos, Luzon province, Katipunan-era circa late 1800s. Very fine single edge blade with an intact tip. The rare D-shaped guard with a turn turned curly que quillion. Collar in iron at the base of an 8-sided carabao horn handle. Hand peened over pommel. Size 23" L, blade 18" L

Condition: good with obvious signs of wear from use in battle.
