Vintage Chinese Double-Edge Straight Sword w/ Scabbard - Nice old vintage Chinese double edge Jian straight sword with scabbard. The scabbard in a wood construction with ribbed carved surface and embossed copper mounts of dragons and scrolling. The handle with a matching cast brass construction of scrolling with a red painted carved wood grip. The blade a straight double edge incised to the ricasso with inscription. Visible delaminated steel surface inlaid with 7 pierced brass openwork circles. Size: 40” L, blade 27 1/4” L
