Spanish American War Sword, L&G Cuba Bring Back - Fine Spanish American war period sword which saw use in Mexico and the Americas. The handle in horn with inlaid mother of pearl to either side with various losses. Good quality straight steel blade with a single edge and sharp upward edged point. Marked to the blade with the Bull & Banner over (Luckhaus & Gunther, Remscheid, A Garantia, 187). All original rare scabbard elegantly embossed with griffin and various scrolling below an embossed (L&G) to the top. Below the griffin (14) in a circle.
