Japanese Wakizashi Short Sword, w/ Kozuka & Scabbard - Nicely mounted Japanese short sword or Wakizashi with gilt mounts including a golden flower and textured surface Kashira or pommel. The Ito or hilt tightly wrapped with ray skin and a good Menuki under tightly wound knot. Steel tsuba in round form with engraving and inlaid in silver and copper. Finely lacquered and textured surface scabbard with Kozuka knife that has a mixed metal handle in gilt and blackened steel. The blade a long slightly curved single edge.
