Rare Antique Indian Madu Fighting Sipar Shield - Indian engraved fighting (Sipar) shield decorated in chiseled relief with elephants amid foliage and blossoms. The twisted horn point of the Madu loose. Attached crenellated rim is an assurance of age. With minor repair this very rare Indian shield will be a welcome addition to any Indian collection. Most are relatively modern copies. This Madu has genuine age.
