U.S. Harpers Ferry Rifle, circa 1818 - Excellent condition all original rifle with good condition stock, original ramrod, barrel is octagonal to round with gilt brass forward sight. US Produced from 1803-1807 and again in 1814-1820 (This stamped 1818) to lock plate and engraved with an American Eagle. Made famous by the original Lewis and Clark Expeditions of 1803. US Stamp and Proof Mark to base of barrel. Size 52” L, barrel 36” L Condition: Excellent condition and original flintlock mechanism, early repairs to stock
